Developed to allow fixing parts in devices where the required space is restricted, this cylinder adds the versatility of a rotating clamp with the strength of a linear cylinder.
Built in naval aluminum, it has a hole for fixing compatible with clamps of diameter 50 / 63mm, self-lubricated bushings and arm fixation system by only one screw; It reaches a clamping force of up to 200kgf, has the possibility of installing sensors along the stroke, thus allowing the precise detection of the cylinder position.

- Accepts inductive or reed sensor;
- Rotate left or right 90 degrees;
- 30mm fixing stroke;
- Arm fixation with adjustment every 90 degrees.
CONTROLLED SERVO POSITIONING TABLE (HEAD STOCK)
Developed to allow flexibility in cells that require rotation in their parts with extremely precise stop.
Built with welded steel tubular structure with measures between standard flanges, being 850mm, 1200mm and 1600mm. It has bearing bearings, hollow flange for passage of cables and hoses, servo motor and low clearance reducer for unbalanced 400kg loads.
Main benefits:
- Reduced Mounting Space with excellent workload;
- Positioning controlled by the robot program, with position and speed instructions via macro;
- Rotate Left or right 360 degree;
- It allows the use of any model and type of robots, without adding external axes in the controller, even for old robots that do not have this option;
- Arm fixation with adjustment every 90 degrees.
- It allows its use as a manual welding positioner.
CARTESIAN ROBOT 3 AXIS
Developed to allow quick maintenance of rolls from the seed industry and sugar mills, it allows the operation of carbide coating on the rolls itself, designed to be easily removable and transportable
Built with welded steel tubular structure with linear guides and servo motor, lengths between 850mm, 1200mm and 1600mm have all cables with sockets, touch screen HMI, control software with automatic measurement, weaving, parameterization through tables, interface with drive of the roller through frequency inverter and interface in Portuguese, in addition to a differential in programming using the “teach in” method, that is, “position and record” the same used in industrial robots

- Software, with instructions for position, speed, interface with welding machine, alarm messages with help screens and learning mode, with menus in Portuguese and help screens.

WELDING CELLS MIG/MAG CMS4-2E
CMS 4-2E, cell with two stations side by side with windows up to 1600mm, consisting of robot and optionally servo driven positioner, thus allowing perfect positioning of the joints to be welded. Accepts loads of up to 400kg in each season.
